C&rsquo;est une \u00ab\u00a0source vauclusienne\u00a0\u00bb<strong>*<\/strong>\u00a0 d&rsquo;un\u00a0d\u00e9bit d&rsquo;environ 450l\/s, elle est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme \u00e9tant la 4e\u00a0source vauclusienne de France.<\/p>\n<p>Son d\u00e9bit tr\u00e8s important a \u00e9t\u00e9 exploit\u00e9 d\u00e8s le XIIe si\u00e8cle\u00a0et au plus pr\u00e9s de la source (comme en t\u00e9moignent les ruines d&rsquo;un moulin du XVIIIe si\u00e8cle, \u00e0 60 m de la source). Au milieu du XIXe, c&rsquo;est environ 60 moulins ou usines qui utilisent son cours! (voir <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fdmf.fr\/images\/pdf-a-telecharger\/07-fil-des-Moulins.pdf\">Les Cahiers des Archives d\u00e9partementales du Calvados-n\u00b07<\/a>\u00a0de 1996)<\/p>\n<p>Les industriels vont vouloir profiter du chemin de fer pour d\u00e9velopper leurs industries&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Dans un journal d&rsquo;Aout 1868:<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>D\u00e9cision du Conseil g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0La session du Conseil g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, commenc\u00e9e le lundi 24 ao\u00fbt, a \u00e9t\u00e9 termin\u00e9e lundi dernier, \u00e0 trois heures.\u00a0<\/em><em>Parmi des d\u00e9cisions prises par le Conseil, nous devons une mention toute particuli\u00e8re \u00e0 l&rsquo;approbation qu&rsquo;il a donn\u00e9, samedi, \u00e0 la construction des chemins de fer d\u00e9partementaux :<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>1\u00b0<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0Chemin de fer de Caen \u00e0 Courseulles, passant par Cambes, Mathieu, Douvres, Luc, Langrune, Saint-Aubin, Berni\u00e8res.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>2\u00b0<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0<strong>D&rsquo;Orbec \u00e0 Lisieux, sur une longueur de 16 kilom\u00e8tres.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>3\u00b0<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0De Falaise \u00e0 Pont-d&rsquo;Ouilly, \u00e0 un point de raccordement sur la ligne de Caen \u00e0 Flers.\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Pour compl\u00e9ter l&rsquo;information sur le trafic marchandises de la r\u00e9gion d&rsquo;Orbec, d\u00e9senclav\u00e9e gr\u00e2ce au train, un bon de livraison en gare pour 5200 tuiles de Beauvais en 1951. En 1881, la ligne int\u00e8gre les Chemin de Fer de l&rsquo;Etat qui en confient l&rsquo;exploitation \u00e0 la Compagnie des Chemins de Fer de l&rsquo;Ouest. En 1882, le tron\u00e7on de Orbec \u00e0 La Trinit\u00e9-de-R\u00e9ville est ouvert \u00e0 l&rsquo;exploitation (voir en fin de cette article). Et nous notons que la SNCF avait toujours le plan de la ligne dans son \u00e9dition de 1957 bien que celle-ci soit ferm\u00e9e de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente.<\/p>\n<p>La ligne comporte 11\u00a0stations compris Lisieux, nous commen\u00e7ons cet article\u00a0en gare de Lisieux:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">.<\/p>\n<h5>H.LOC 01. La machine et trois wagons de marchandises seuls ont d\u00e9raill\u00e9, les voitures contenant les voyageurs n&rsquo;ont \u00e9prouv\u00e9 qu&rsquo;un l\u00e9ger choc, et il n&rsquo;y a eu aucun accident de personnes, ni de mat\u00e9riel \u00e0 d\u00e9plorer. Le train a seulement \u00e9prouv\u00e9 un retard de 5 heures, le personnel de la\u00a0\u00a0Compagnie n&rsquo;ayant pas eu sous la main l&rsquo;outillage n\u00e9cessaire pour remettre la machine et les wagons sur la voie. La cause de ce d\u00e9raillement est attribu\u00e9e \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re d\u00e9fectueuse dont l&rsquo;aiguillage a \u00e9t\u00e9 op\u00e9r\u00e9.\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Le train remis sur les rails, la gare suivante est \u00e0 3km&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">.<\/p>\n<h5>H.LOC 07.
