{"id":5470,"date":"2019-09-24T16:59:21","date_gmt":"2019-09-24T14:59:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cpl14.fr\/?page_id=5470"},"modified":"2020-03-27T12:51:40","modified_gmt":"2020-03-27T11:51:40","slug":"caisse-damortissement-le-travail","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/cpl14.fr\/?page_id=5470","title":{"rendered":"Caisse d&rsquo;Amortissement: Le Travail"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-6652 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/cpl14.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/caisse-d-amortissement-252.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"324\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cpl14.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/caisse-d-amortissement-252.jpg 500w, https:\/\/cpl14.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/caisse-d-amortissement-252-300x194.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>En 1928, la Caisse d&rsquo;Amortissement peut enfin financer l&rsquo;\u00e9mission du timbre autoris\u00e9 par la loi de finance du 26 mars 1927.Suite \u00e0 un concours organis\u00e9 par la Direction des Beaux-Arts, le projet d&rsquo;Albert TURIN avait \u00e9t\u00e9 retenu en juillet 1927.<\/p>\n<p>Le timbre doit \u00eatre imprim\u00e9 en taille-douce et en absence de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement n\u00e9cessaire aux Ateliers du Timbre, c&rsquo;est un atelier priv\u00e9 (l&rsquo;Atelier de Gravure) qui en assure l&rsquo;impression \u00e0 plat.<br \/>\n<strong>C&rsquo;est le premier timbre imprim\u00e9 en taille-douce en France.<\/strong><br \/>\nLors de la gravure de la planche d&rsquo;impression, la molette de transfert se d\u00e9t\u00e9riore donnant naissance \u00e0 3 \u00e9tats, et non 3 types, puisque non cons\u00e9cutifs \u00e0 la gravure du poin\u00e7on.
