Bien que correspondant au nouveau tarif de la carte postale pour l&rsquo;\u00e9tranger, l&rsquo;administration d\u00e9cide de le surcharger et de l&rsquo;utiliser pour l&rsquo;affranchissement des imprim\u00e9s du 5\u00e9me \u00e9chelon&#8230; aussi peu utilis\u00e9!<br \/>\nLes stocks de feuilles du Type I de 1933 et du Type II de 1935 sont surcharg\u00e9es en typographie \u00e0 plat donnant naissance \u00e0 2 nouveaux types, Type I pour le timbre de 1933 et Type IIA pour le timbre de 1935.
