{"id":2023,"date":"2017-06-29T12:59:34","date_gmt":"2017-06-29T10:59:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cpl14.fr\/?p=2023"},"modified":"2017-10-25T15:54:47","modified_gmt":"2017-10-25T13:54:47","slug":"amazonie-1900-les-timbres-de-firmine","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cpl14.fr\/?p=2023","title":{"rendered":"Amazonie 1900, les Timbres de Firmine"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En f\u00e9vrier 2005 paraissait un article dans Timbres Magazine sur les timbres de la \u00ab\u00a0Compagnie des Chemins de Fer Economiques du Carsev\u00e8ne\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>En 1894, on d\u00e9couvre de l&rsquo;or dans la\u00a0rivi\u00e8re Carsev\u00e8ne (Cal\u00e7oene en br\u00e9silien), situ\u00e9e dans une partie de l&rsquo;Amazonie que revendique la France et le Br\u00e9sil. En 1895 un conflit \u00e9clate pour la revendication de cette terre inhospitali\u00e8re\u00a0et en 1900 la France, ne souhaitant pas que le conflit d\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e8re, se plie \u00e0 l&rsquo;arbitrage du Pr\u00e9sident de la conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration Suisse qui attribue la r\u00e9gion au Br\u00e9sil.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e9anmoins, des\u00a0investisseurs priv\u00e9s franco-anglais investissent dans une compagnie charg\u00e9e de l&rsquo;exploitation de l&rsquo;or du Carsev\u00e8ne et construisent une ligne de chemin de fer de 80km le long de la rivi\u00e8re, au prix de nombreux morts principalement Jama\u00efcains. La Jama\u00efque interdira m\u00eame \u00e0 ces ressortissants d&rsquo;aller travailler au Br\u00e9sil!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2040\" src=\"http:\/\/cpl14.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/carsevene.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"817\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cpl14.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/carsevene.jpg 800w, https:\/\/cpl14.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/carsevene-294x300.jpg 294w, https:\/\/cpl14.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/carsevene-768x784.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>(en vert, le territoire de l&rsquo;Inini connu des philat\u00e9listes entre 1931 et 1944)<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;histoire de cette compagnie dura 3 ans, de 1900 \u00e0 1902, les conditions de vie ayant raison de l&rsquo;exploitation malgr\u00e9\u00a0un rendement de plus d&rsquo;un million de francs-or\u00a0sur les 2 premi\u00e8res ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>En 1900, une s\u00e9rie de 6 timbres est \u00e9mise (par la compagnie?) pour payer l&rsquo;acheminement du courrier des ouvriers depuis le village de Firmine jusqu&rsquo;au port Br\u00e9zilien de Para, puis de l\u00e0 \u00e0 Cayenne par bateau, \u00a0o\u00f9 l&rsquo;affranchissement \u00e9tait compl\u00e9t\u00e9 d&rsquo;un timbre de Guyane Fran\u00e7aise pour son acheminement vers la m\u00e9tropole.\u00a0Dans l&rsquo;article de Timbres Magazine, il est dit n&rsquo;\u00eatre connu que 4 ou 5 lettres!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2031\" src=\"http:\/\/cpl14.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/serie.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"652\" height=\"782\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cpl14.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/serie.jpg 652w, https:\/\/cpl14.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/serie-250x300.jpg 250w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 652px) 100vw, 652px\" \/>Collection JPP Lisieux<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La s\u00e9rie se compl\u00e8te de 2 grosses valeurs (reproduction de l&rsquo;article de Timbres Magazine):<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2033\" src=\"http:\/\/cpl14.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/serie-suite.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"345\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cpl14.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/serie-suite.jpg 750w, https:\/\/cpl14.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/serie-suite-300x172.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A l&rsquo;origine du projet, les timbres devaient porter la mention AMAZONIE FRANCAISE, mais l&rsquo;arbitrage attribuant la r\u00e9gion au Br\u00e9sil, la mention \u00ab\u00a0Fran\u00e7aise\u00a0\u00bb situ\u00e9e sous la valeur faciale a disparu.<\/p>\n<p>Les timbres repr\u00e9sentent un chercheur d&rsquo;or \u00e0 gauche et un indien \u00e0 droite, entourant 2 bateaux, la gravure (non sign\u00e9e) est de bonne facture laissant penser que les timbres ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s en m\u00e9tropole.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2034\" src=\"http:\/\/cpl14.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/i.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"900\" height=\"559\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cpl14.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/i.jpg 900w, https:\/\/cpl14.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/i-300x186.jpg 300w, https:\/\/cpl14.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/i-768x477.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Un timbre \u00e0 date (de fabrication locale?) est \u00e9galement r\u00e9alis\u00e9: <strong>AMAZONIE\/FIRMINE avec fleurons<\/strong>. \u00a0Diam\u00e8tre ext\u00e9rieur: 25mm, et int\u00e9rieur: 12.5mm<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2036\" src=\"http:\/\/cpl14.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/f.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"570\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cpl14.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/f.jpg 500w, https:\/\/cpl14.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/f-263x300.jpg 263w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2038\" src=\"http:\/\/cpl14.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/g.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"449\" height=\"364\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cpl14.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/g.jpg 449w, https:\/\/cpl14.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/g-300x243.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 449px) 100vw, 449px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>On peut constater qu&rsquo;en octobre 1900, le \u00ab\u00a000\u00a0\u00bb est obtenu par limage d&rsquo;un mill\u00e9sime \u00ab\u00a099\u00a0\u00bb&#8230;, mais en novembre le nouveau mill\u00e9sime est arriv\u00e9!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2037\" src=\"http:\/\/cpl14.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/j.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"352\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Et l&rsquo;encre noire est venue \u00e0 manquer?
